MycoCosm Mushrooms was born in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado. Our Background in Permaculture Design & commitment to sustainability brought the vision of our fungi farm into existence. We continue to deepen our craft and build our contribution to a sustainable future every single day.
About MycoCosm Mushrooms
MycoCosm Mushrooms was started by Colorado Native Justin Killing after returning home from an eight year study of mycology and ecological science in the Pacific Northwest. His fascination with fungi and the role they play in soil health lead to the creation of what is now a prolific, multifaceted exotic fungi farm.
We believe that creating sustainable bio-regional food systems is one of the most impactful things we can do to support our planet. Working closely with fungi opens an incredible door through which we can generate delicious sustainable food, restore soil health, and reclaim what has been laid to waste by industrial agriculture.
